Search

How do I find the item(s) I want?

We’ve got two handy ways to find the item(s) you want:

  1. You can click on the right category in the menu and then use our filters on the lefthand side to further specify your needs. For instance, you can click the “Caps” category and then click the “Red” square to get all our red caps on your screen.
  2. You can click the search icon on the top left and type your keywords and hit “Enter”. Then look through the results and click on the item you want to see.
Can I see my last viewed item(s) again?

So you don’t loose track, we keep track. At the right side of the product page you can find related and last viewed items.

Orders

Are the items in the shop all available?

Yes, all items are available unless stated otherwise. Of course not everything is available directly. If you get in on a pre-order, you’ll have to wait some time while the item(s) are getting produced.

How do I place an order?

You need to take the following steps to place an order:

  1. Fill your shopping cart with the item(s) you want to purchase.
  2. After you’ve added all items you wanted you can hover your cursor over the cart icon on the top right to see what’s in it. Then click “View Cart” to proceed.
  3. On this screen you see the content of your cart. You can adjust it as required, use coupons or click the button “Proceed to checkout” to continue.
  4. In this screen you fill out the form to provide us with a billing address and, if needed, a delivery address. You can also choose your payment method here.
  5. If you click the button “Place Order”/”Proceed to PayPal” you actually are placing the order and you then are obliged to pay for the order you just placed.
Why do I have to register?

Registration is required for security reasons. Online shopping is not always done by nice people like you. By making registration an obligation we make sure we do everything to prevent thievery. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is there a minimum amount per order?

No, there’s no minimum. Our shipping is a flat rate, so if you buy more items at once, your shipping rate per item goes down.

Is my order processed?

After you place an order you’ll get a confirmation email. When your package leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with your track and trace code. You can see the current status of your order on the “My Account” page.

What payment methods are available?

iDEAL

iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands. Using your bank’s own interface to make your payments safely.

Credit Card

Safely pay using your trusted credit card. With most credit card companies your purchase is directly insured. Easy peasy!

PayPal

PayPal makes online shopping easy! Simply click and buy. You can use your bank account to fill up your PayPal account, none of your bank information is transferred to the webshop. If you don’t have an account you can easily set one up at the PayPal website.

Sofort Banking

With SOFORT online shopping payments has never been easier! You can use your own online banking login details – convenient and secure. And thanks to the transaction confirmation your order can be processed immediately. Look forward to speedy delivery!

Paysafe

Pay online with paysafecard at online platforms from the worlds of gaming, social media & communities, music, film and entertainment, and many more. Neither a bank account nor a credit card is needed. Buy a pre-paid card and pay safely with a pincode. It’s online cash.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

Is paying at TheMajors online shop safe?

Yes, it’s very safe!

Because we want it to be safe we use the services of Mollie. When the payment process starts you’ll be redirected to their site so all will be safe. They’re very experienced and provide payment services for a lot of webshops.

Delivery And Returns

What are the shipping rates?

The shipping rates we use are directly from DHL. The rates depend on location. We’re based in the Netherlands so that’s the cheapest. We use four shipping zones, check your zone in our list.

  • The Netherlands:Shipping within the Netherlands is € 5,00. No matter how much you order.
  • Western Europe:Shipping in Western Europe is € 10,00. No matter how much you order. The following countries are considered to be Western Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
  • The Rest of EuropeIf your country is in Europe, but not in the list above, this is your rate. In all other European countries the rate is € 16,00. No matter how much you order.
  • Every Other CountryIf you don’t live in Europe this is your rate. Wether it’s Japan or Canada your rate is € 24,00. No matter how much you order.
How long does it take to receive my package?

 

The time it takes depends on a couple of factors. First location. If you live in the Netherlands, your package will get to you in 1-2 days. If you live in Europe you can expect it in a week or so and outside of Europe it can take up to a month. Please keep in mind that customs can hold your package for 30 days without notifying you.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship to all countries. If you hand us a correct address, we’ll make sure your package gets to that address, no matter what country.

Can we ship to a different address?

Yes we can! In your account page you can set different shipping addresses. Hover your cursor over the “My Account” button in the top right and click “Addresses” in the dropdown menu. There you can edit your billing and shipping addresses.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! When your shipment leaves our warehouse, you receive an email containing your track and trace code. Using the DHL website, you can track your shipment.

Can I return my package?

Yes, we’re located in the Netherlands so Dutch laws applies. We like to obey the law. After your package is delivered (we use the date DHL states on their website) you have 14 days to make up your mind. You can return your package any way you wish, but it has to be in mint condition and all tags should still be attached (if applicable). The costs for the return shipping are not refundable. When we’ve received your package (in good condition), we will refund the money for the item(s) within 14 days.

IMPORTANT: If you have a complaint or damaged goods, please contact us first before shipping your item(s) back to us.

Complaints

Where can I file my complaint?

When you’re not satisfied with our products/services you can file your complaint by contacting us.

There are several ways to do this.

  • You can reach us using our contact page. Please make sure you fill out your order number, if the complaint is about an order. We’ll contact you as soon as possible.
  • Send an email to info@themajors.eu and tell us your story. We’ll try to do the best we can and contact you as soon as possible.

It can take a couple of days for us to find all information we need to solve the issue(s). Please be patient.

What if we can't find a solution?

If we can’t find a solution you can turn to the European dispute commission. No need for courts and judges. They have their own website you can reach: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
